1988. Heide has extensive
experience handling all manner of operations improvement consulting assignments,
such as COGS reduction, ECO Process Improvement, JIT & Pull manufacturing,
system selection and optimization, training, ISO-9000, and TQM quality
improvement projects. In 1998, Heide selected Syspro as the product ORG would
sell and implement.
